Jenny Kramer manages the KDOT Active Transportation Program and the FHWA Transportation Alternatives Federal Program that includes Safe Routes to School programming. Recently Jenny has been involved in coordinating, in cooperation with Toole Design Inc., the process of developing the next State Active Transportation Plan. For over a decade, prior to working at KDOT, Jenny worked in public health at KDHE and the Lawrence Douglas County Health Department with a focus on tobacco prevention and improving opportunities for physical activity and healthy food access.
